NIIX ISO DMS Software can support unlimited number of Announcement within the system which can be viewed by all users. Announcement plays role to inform organizations regarding company event or updates.
Steps to create announcement:
Click on "Deskboard"Select "Announcement"Click "Add"Fill in the Title of the announcementEnter the message of the announcement to be madeFill in all the mandatory fields to enable system to proceedSelect the date "From" and "To date" to set the period of announcement to be displayed at the dashboard of the usersClick "Submit" to proceed
Notes:
- At announcement page, there is list of announcement with its “From Date” and “to Date”
- User can add more announcement also delete unnecessary announcement
