1.       The Ticket Tracking ID provided by NIIX Online Support and your email address is required to login and view your existing support ticket.

2.       All correspondence between User and NIIX Support Team regarding support ticket shall be conducted through the NIIX Online Support System.


Steps to View Existing Support Ticket:

  • Click on Dashboard
  • Click on Active Ticket.
