A feature for making minor correction on approved document, such as spelling error, transfer document from one department to another, etc. The edited document does not need to be sent for reviewed and approval again. Document Revision Number remains unchanged upon completion of editing.
Steps to edit document: Click Document Click Document Listing Click Edit icon for the document you intend to edit Make necessary changes as you need. Key in Reason The reason why you want to edit the document. Click Update.
- Edit function is normally used for making minor correction on the document that has been approved in the system, such as spelling error, transfer the document from one department to another department, change document category, etc.
- Document Revision Number remains unchanged upon completion of editing.
- System does not require edited document to be sent for review and approval again. Thus, it is advised to ONLY give the “EDIT” authority to specific authorized user(s).
