Enables user to make changes on the Serial number, prefix and the running sequence if there is any changes to be made. This doesn't modify the document numbers of previously generated documents

Steps to Edit Document Number Prefixes, Serial Number and Running Sequence: 

  • Click “Admin”
  • Select “Document Number Prefixes”
  • Click on “Edit” icon on the action area
  • Make the changes according to the need
  • Then click “Submit”
  • The successful notification will appear upon saving the changes made
