Steps to add task reminder:

1. Click Deskboard.

2. Click Task Reminder.

3. Click Add.

4. Type the Title of task reminder.

5. Type the content in the Message box.

6. Set the availability reminder date (From Date and To Date).

7. Select access level which the task is assigned to (All, Confidential, Department or User Security).

8. Click Submit to add reminder.

** The time is base on UTC timezone
