each issue in separate NIIX Online Support. DO NOT combine more than one issue in one support ticket.
- Describe
the issue scenario in detail such as which button did you click, message
from the NIIX system displayed, screenshot of the issue you facing, etc.
Steps to Submit
New Support Ticket:
- Type in your name,
email, priority, issue’s subject, etc at all required fields.
- At Message, describe the issue you
are facing in detail.
- At Attachment, attach the print
screen of the issue.
- Click Submit Ticket.
