A space to publish tasks related to other employees and acts as a reminder for other employees to take action on the tasks accordingly. In addition, this feature will also to improve communication within the company.
Steps:
- Click on "Deskboard"
- Select " Task Reminder"
- Click "Add"
- Fill in the information required
- Fill in all the mandatory fields to enable system to proceed
- Select the date "From" and "To date" to set the period of reminder to be displayed at the dashboard of the users
- Click "Submit" to proceed
Notes:
- Email notification will be sent to all users and task reminder message will be display at the main page.
- Task Reminder will be automatically removed from home page upon expiry date.
