Authorized user will able to delete the document number prefix if they do not want to apply document number prefix to their generated documents instead they wants to apply own document numbers to the document generated in future. This doesnt modify the document numbers of previously generated documents

Steps to Delete Document Number Prefixes, Serial Number and Running Sequence: 

  • Click “Admin”
  • Select “Document Number Prefixes”
  • Click on “Delete” icon on the action area
  • Click “Yes” on the deletion confirmation prompt if wish to continue to delete the Prefix
