Any unintended used document can be deleted from NIIX QMS Software.
1. Deleted document can be retrieved at Deleted Document under Admin tab.
2. Only user who has authority to DELETE document can perform the action. (Refer to User Security Level for detail)
3. If the document has more than 1 revision, and user has deleted only the latest revision, system will automatically display the second latest revision in Document Master List.
4. Instead of deleting document, user may consider to INACTIVE the document.
Steps to delete document:
• Click Document.
• Click Document Report.
• Tick document to be deleted.
• Click Delete.
• Click OK to confirm.
