All approved and effective document will be automatically updated and displayed at the Document Master List. Information available includes document name, document number, clause, revision number, name of creator, reviewer, approver, and approval date. 

Notes: 

• Information available includes document name, document number, clause, revision number, creator (prepared by), approver (approved by) and approval date. 
• Available action button will carry out the function such as view, edit, revise and delete document.
